While NU Starters are not busy in class or making new friends, we have lots of great stuff planned! We are headed to a Lincoln Saltdogs game, a volleyball tournament (bring your competitive instincts!), a play at the Nebraska Reparatory Theatre, and have a few other surprise activities planned.

Since you'll be moving right into your fall assignment, feel free to bring all your stuff for fall!
Summer Interim
Once the program has ended, you'll move into your fall residence hall assignment. Big Red Welcome and Move-in for freshmen begins Thursday before fall classes begin. In the week between NU Start and Big Red Welcome - the Summer Interim - you can stay in your residence hall at no cost. You can make arrangements for a meal plan, if you wish, when you are in campus for NU Start.
